BioGaia is looking to hire an Inside Sales Support Representative. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong time management skills to assist with customer communication and order placement.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries from health care professionals through phone, email, fax, and web logins
• Communicate with both health care professionals and customers through phone and email
• Explain benefits and features of products
• Enter new accounts into company database
• Process shipments to health care professionals, wholesale customers, and retail customers

Basic Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers both verbally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Computer Skills (Microsoft & Google Suites)
• Organization/Time Management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
